借到的车因为需要添加ad blue，打电话给租车公司没有解决，后来还是租租车给了实用解决方案，特别是客服Jason Zhao，全程电话邮件跟进，特别感谢他！
fare, the staff did not intent to talk with you more. Very quick process to get the car was good, however it is a pity checking the car by the customer themselves without any guidance, which is hard for the first time rentor.
