The Lady was very nice at the airport. But at the Car Park 1st floor, it will be much better if they had provided the car parking tickets when we went out the Car Park. We stucked at the exit without the ticket.
I have always rent car from Zuzuche, the arrangement is great and wont let u disappointed.

投诉了加收夜间服务费的事情，直接没有给我回复。
在马洛卡机场的服务由Europcar提供，柜台很好找，跟着指示牌就能找到。柜台办理提车的速度也很快。
很专业！预订流程很流畅。
最难受的是车被撬了，虽然保了财产险和车险，但估计没法找回全部的损失。车险的理赔速度还是值得肯定的！
