LA机场出来可能是太塞车的原因等了差不多有半个小时，期间Hertz，enterprise等等车行的车过去了好些，好不容易才等到National/Alamo的摆渡车，不过到了Alamo的店因为有好几个自助提车机，都不用排队，提车倒是相当的快速，也不用应付工作人员的各种加保险加项目的问询，简单直接，要点赞
没联系过客服但是app已经足够简单明了，各种保险也写得很清楚明白，可以各取所需，取车还车前后还有提醒注意事项，很愉快的一次经历
取车接待人员态度很一般。提车也无人引导，自己挑选车，直接开走。开出时油箱只剩1/4，出口检查人员口头告知，是因为附近油站故障，说可以按同样燃油余量还车。
总体ok 但Alamo对租租车客户也无特别服务或优待
从南向北，Big Sur地区山路难开，注意安全

So great i was able to get the car model and color I like. The Mustang convertible was fun to drive. The power and stability of the car allowed me to drive freely and safely on the highways. Highly recommend anyone who drive along the coasts for sightseeing.
