No hard selling of insurance or upgrade. Courtesy service by every staff. Easy and fast rental and return. Short queue. They said they gave me an upgrade, from Ford Focus to Hyundai Ioniq hybrid, but I am not sure. I cannot search for this car in their web site. Nevertheless, the car condition is very good and comfortable to drive in.

有问必答，非常好，现代能够给到迅速准确的回复。
刚开始开右方向盘的车有点紧张，但是开了一阵之后就熟悉了，然后几天开起来越来越顺，反而英国的道路比较好走，只要你等规则，不用担心别人乱闯乱撞，还更不会发生交通意外，比国内更安全。
有点小磕碰没问题，车不用洗。还车远比自己想象的容易
还是不错的，只是当时交车那女的英文太快，沟通起来有点困难
自驾确实很舒服，加上英国没那么大，基本在三小时内可以到达。但是驾驶习惯和国内差别非常大，不建议新手租车
