租车公司的那个女服务员态度非常不好，很不好，因为我租了两辆车，取了两个号，我家只有我会英文，所以我跟她商量两个号都在她那一起办，不同意，后来她同事叫了下一个号，我去说明情况，她同事跟她说她才勉强同意，我就不明白了，人多，她办完我这个也是继续叫号办理，与连办2个号有差别吗？然后就说我们晚了近一个小时，车子不一定有了，结果我花高价租的帕莎特自动旅行版2辆，她给了我一辆斯柯达，一辆欧宝旅行车，降级了！！！只说被升级，头次被降级，太可恶了，因为取车才知道，懒得回去再跟她计较，但是非常非常生气，因此对Europcar 的印象也很差
