对Europcar公司非常满意，但是对Advantage前台服务人员非常不满意，推销保险，推销toll pass，强制多买一箱油，各种吓唬。本身车辆轮胎问题，让我们负全责，最后还是Europcar给圆满解决的。
解决问题耐心，认真，及时，很棒
美国自驾，严格遵守交通规则，胆子要大，速度要快，时刻注意路牌和谷歌地图。美国车一定要时刻把钥匙带身上，很容易锁到车里（真实的教训啊）。
In airport SEA, EZ is instead of Europcar. The woman staff has no smile. I waited for her in front of the counter for 3 minutes. She saw me once she arrived at the counter then no eye contact even she describe the rental as a routine procedure, never.
Meanwhile, I rented the car many times in America & Europe. This time it was a worst & oldest car I ever rented, with 3 concaves. The car is over 30,000miles, fortunately no problems in 2 weeks rental periods.
